Services & Rate

I charge $100 for the first hour and then $65/hour after that (with a 1 hour min.) plus material costs. I work in the greater Portland metro area.

Typical payment methods are Venmo/Paypal/Zelle, Check or Cash. For smaller jobs I typical bill you by the day. If it's going to be a bigger job I usually invoice at the end of the project or stage of the project. Payment is due upon completion.

Typical projects I work on:

-Interior Painting
-Drywall Repair
-Trim Work
-Installing Laminate Flooring (LVT)
-Tile Work
-Installing towel bars, curtain rods, changing door handles/hardware, etc
-Hanging/Mounting various things
-Simple Electrical (swapping light fixtures, outlets, etc)
-Window/Door screen repair
-Assemble furniture
-Repairing fences
-Other random things, just ask if you have something not on the list.

Things I don't do:

-Plumbing (because it's a pain in the butt and I hate it) I might install a new sink faucet, but that's about the extent of it.
-Crawlspace work (for the same reason as above; I get enough of it doing home inspections).
-Probably won't do much attic work, but might if it's a brief part of another job.
-Don't typically do much exterior repair work.
